Welcome to Ink & Hue. By accessing our website and purchasing our handcrafted products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Nature of Handcrafted Art

At Ink & Hue, every piece is unique.

  • Artisanal Variance: Because our paintings, handicrafts, and bags are hand-painted and handmade, no two items are identical. Small "imperfections" are a hallmark of authentic hand-craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

  • Color Accuracy: We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays and the organic nature of ink and pigments, the "hue" of the physical product may vary slightly from the digital image.

2. Custom & Bespoke Orders

We specialize in "Pinterest-inspired" customized art.

  • Approval Process: For highly customized pieces, we may send digital drafts or progress photos. Once you approve a design, further changes may incur additional costs.

  • No Returns on Custom Work: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke paintings and hand-painted bags, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Design Ownership: Ink & Hue retains the intellectual property rights to all original designs and artworks created, even those commissioned by you, unless a commercial transfer of rights is explicitly purchased.

  • Usage: Purchased art is for personal use only. You may not replicate, resell, or use our designs for commercial branding without written consent.

4. Shipping & Handling

  • Processing Time: Hand-painted items take time to cure and dry. Lead times are typically [7–14] business days before shipping.

  • Packaging: We use premium, secure packaging to protect your art. However, Ink & Hue is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services, though we will assist you in filing insurance claims where applicable.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: For non-custom items, returns are accepted within [7] days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the delicate handling required for art pieces.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ink & Hue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products (e.g., improper cleaning of a hand-painted bag that leads to paint damage). Care instructions provided with your purchase must be followed strictly.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana
